1. Agreement to Terms

By submitting content to our platforms (including pitch decks, profiles, reports and programme applications), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display and distribute such content for the purpose of delivering our Services. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit.

Users may receive confidential or proprietary information through our programmes and matchmaking services. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not to disclose it to third parties without consent.

9. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cosmic City does not guarantee investment outcomes, partnership matches or specific programme results. We do not provide investment, legal or tax advice through our platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmic City Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cosmic City Enterprise and its affiliates from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
